Arundel Habitat for Humanity is an ecumenical Christian housing ministry that provides homeownership opportunities to low-income families currently living in substandard or inadequate housing. We are not a charity or a giveaway program. What Arundel Habitat extends to families in need is not a handout but an opportunity. We are an equal opportunity housing provider affiliated with Habitat for Humanity International.


We build and renovate houses in partnership with families across Anne Arundel County and the Brooklyn/Curtis Bay area of Baltimore City. We acquire land through donations or purchase. The cost of the houses is funded through financial support from private donations or grants. The houses are made affordable with the help from volunteer labor and we sell the houses at no profit and with zero interest loans to families that could not otherwise afford a home.
